Corrective Exercise
Build better movement quality and address the physical limitations that can hold back training and daily life.
About KJ Health Collective
KJ Health Collective is a Longmont training and wellness community built around professional coaching, better health, and helping people become more capable—inside the gym and everywhere else life takes them.
Our story
The goal is not simply to make workouts harder. It is to help people become stronger, healthier, more resilient, and better prepared for what they want to do in life.
KJ Health Collective was founded by Jeremy and Kristy Bauer and has been operating on the east side of Longmont since December 2015. The current KJ offering includes corrective exercise, personal training, nutrition coaching, and group fitness.
The new KJ experience brings those pieces together under one clear idea: high-level coaching should support the whole person. That can mean building strength and athletic capacity, improving movement, changing nutrition habits, recovering better, or simply developing the confidence to start.
Some members arrive with competitive goals. Others want more energy, fewer limitations, or a healthier routine. The standard of care can remain high without making the environment exclusive.

The collective approach
The best performance environments raise the quality of coaching without raising the barrier to entry. KJ can meet serious athletes and first-time members with the same fundamentals: assessment, education, progression, accountability, and care.
Goals, history, movement, lifestyle, and experience matter before programming begins.
Strong basics create the platform for both higher athletic performance and healthier everyday living.
Training works better when nutrition, recovery, consistency, and lifestyle support the work.
Progress should be measurable, sustainable, and appropriate for the person—not dictated by ego.
KJ Health Collective values
Professionalism, Integrity, and Education shape how KJ coaches, communicates, and helps every member move forward.
High standards show up in preparation, coaching, communication, attention to detail, and the quality of every member experience.
Recommendations should serve the person in front of the coach. Good coaching is honest, responsible, and grounded in what helps the member progress.
Great coaches keep learning—and help members understand the why behind training, nutrition, movement, and long-term health.
