Fitness through treatment and recovery

Exercise built around where you are today.

Cancer treatment and recovery can change strength, energy, balance, mobility, and confidence. Oncology fitness creates a structured way to keep moving or return to exercise with coaching, sensible progressions, and room to adjust.

Classes can include appropriately scaled strength work, mobility, balance, low-to-moderate conditioning, and movement practice. The goal is not to push through symptoms or chase intensity. It is to help participants build capacity at a level that fits how they are feeling and what their medical team allows.

Oncology fitness complements medical care; it does not replace it. Participants should follow guidance from their oncology or medical team and tell their coach about treatment changes, restrictions, symptoms, or other concerns that may affect exercise.

Strength Build useful strength gradually with movements that can be scaled to the individual.
Mobility Work on comfortable movement, range of motion, and everyday physical capability.
Balance Practice stability and control to support confidence in daily movement.
Confidence Return to exercise in a supportive environment with coaching and a clear next step.
