StrongFit

StrongFit develops real-world strength through functional movement, unconventional training tools, and strongman-inspired work such as sandbags, sleds, and heavy carries.

The training builds raw power, endurance, grip strength, core stability, and overall durability while reinforcing solid movement mechanics. It is designed to create strength that carries over beyond the workout.

The KJ coaching standard

Coaching matters more than the workout on the board.

KJ's group classes are designed around more than intensity. Coaches prioritize proper form, technique, personalized attention, and an environment where people can be challenged without being ignored.

The goal is to give experienced athletes enough challenge while also giving newer members the instruction, progressions, and encouragement they need to build confidence.

01
Technique first

Movement quality and proper mechanics remain part of the coaching process.

02
Personal attention

Group training should still leave room for individual coaching and useful feedback.

03
Real progression

Members can be challenged at an appropriate level instead of being pushed into the same version of every movement.

04
Supportive community

The class environment is designed to create encouragement, accountability, and shared momentum.

Coaching education

A staff that keeps learning.

KJ's coaching staff is passionate, professional, and committed to continued education and strong relationships with athletes. The staff's training includes work with high-level Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, StrongFit, CrossFit, USAW, and OPEX educators and systems.

That education matters because group coaching is not simply about leading a room. It is about recognizing movement, teaching skills, creating appropriate progressions, and helping different people improve within the same class.
